JotLoader ver.2.0.5 maintenance update

The differencies in class constructors between PHP4 and PHP5 were causing problems in previous 2.0.x versions of JotLoader. In ver.2.0.5 are necessary corrections for proper operation in PHP4 enviroment implemented.

New security concept introduced in ver.2.0.4 is now implemented also during installation
when upgrading from oldier version of JotLoader (1.3.1 and before).
